What is AEM electrolysis?

Electrolysis using an anion exchange membrane (AEM). Unlike PEM, it needs no precious-metal catalyst such as iridium, so material cost is lower.

How is it maintained?

You only replace the consumable MEA and reuse the hardware, so maintenance cost and downtime stay low.

What scale does it reach?

From a single cell to a 2kW stack and system, through 30kW, and up to megawatt-scale plants by stacking modules.
